Artichoke Dip

Makes 14 2-tablespoons servings

Ingredients

  • 9-ounce package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, drained
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cream sherry
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced, only the green part
  • 1 teaspoon salt-free Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


Directions

  • Using paper towels, blot artichokes dry;
  • Chop into small pieces;
  • In medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, blending well;
  • Slowly stir in artichokes;
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour; Stir before serving and serve with fresh sliced vegetables.
