Banana Malted Milk Shake

Makes 4 6-oz shakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat chocolate or vanilla ice cream
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons malted milk powder


Directions

  • Put measured ingredients in blender and mix on high until smooth;
  • Pour into chilled glass, garnish with banana slice;
  • Serve.
