Ingredients
- 9-ounce package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, drained
- 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese at room temperature
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cream sherry
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced, only the green part
- 1 teaspoon salt-free Italian herb seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Using paper towels, blot artichokes dry;
- Chop into small pieces;
- In medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, blending well;
- Slowly stir in artichokes;
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour; Stir before serving and serve with fresh sliced vegetables.
