Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. sliced steak
- 1 cup red sliced pepper
- 1 cup green bell sliced pepper
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 8 tablespoons guacamole
- 5 ounces grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Using a large skillet, sauté onion, peppers and seasoning in butter until tender;
- Remove from skillet;
- Cook beef in the now-empty skillet until tender;
- Mix in peppers and onions until heated through;
- Remove from heat;
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the beef strips;
- Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
