Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 lb. cod filets
Directions
- Combine broth, onion, lemon juice, and parsley;
- Bring to a boil;
- Place fish in boiling liquid;
- Reduce heat to low;
- Cover pan;
- Simmer until fish flakes easily when lifted with a fork, about 10 minutes;
- Using slotted spoon, carefully lift fish to serving plate.
