Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 11 ounces green beans
- 3 tablespoons sliced black olives, drained
- 1-1/4 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
- 3/4 chopped tomato
- 11 ounces corn nibblets
Directions
- Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat;
- Add garlic, beans, olives, seasoning, and tomato;
- Season with salt and pepper to taste;
- Cover and simmer 5 minutes;
- Stir in corn;
- Simmer 5 minutes (green beans will be tender).
