Ingredients
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
- Paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°;
- Thoroughly drain artichokes;
- Pat dry on a paper towel;
- Cut each one into quarters;
- Arrange artichokes in an 8-inch baking dish;
- Combine mayonnaise, and cheeses;
- Spread over artichokes;
- Sprinkle with paprika;
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are brown.
