Tomato Salsa

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cups canned tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • Pepper to taste


Directions

  • Coarsely chop tomatoes;
  • Combine all ingredients;
  • Chill before serving.
