Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 lb. boneless pork sirloin roast
Drections
- Preheat oven to 325°;
- Combine seasonings and salt to taste;
- Rub well over all surfaces of roast;
- Place roast in a shallow pan and roast until a meat thermometer reads 155°F-160°, approximately 25 minutes per 1 lb;
- Remove from oven, and cool 10 minutes before slicing.
