Cajun Pork Roast

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 lb. boneless pork sirloin roast


Drections

  • Preheat oven to 325°;
  • Combine seasonings and salt to taste;
  • Rub well over all surfaces of roast;
  • Place roast in a shallow pan and roast until a meat thermometer reads 155°F-160°, approximately 25 minutes per 1 lb;
  • Remove from oven, and cool 10 minutes before slicing.
