Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons crushed peppercorns,
- 2 boneless sirloin shell steaks, approximately 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Spread peppercorns on your breadboard;
- Evenly press onto both sides of the steaks;
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until very hot;
- Cook steaks 7 minutes on each side;
- Remove steaks from the skillet and keep warm.;
- Add cream, ketchup, and salt to skillet;
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly;
- Lower heat and simmer for 2 more minutes or until thickened;
- Pour sauce over steaks and serve immediately.
