No-Crust Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces fresh strawberries
  • 1 2.1-oz package sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 .6-oz package sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups water


Directions

  • Rinse and hull strawberries;
  • Pour evenly in a 10-inch pie pan;
  • Combine pudding mix, gelatin mix, and water in a medium sized saucepan;
  • Stir and bring to a full boil;
  • Pour mixture over strawberries;
  • Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours;
