Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat chocolate or vanilla ice cream
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons malted milk powder
Directions
- Put measured ingredients in blender and mix on high until smooth;
- Pour into chilled glass, garnish with banana slice;
- Serve.
