Grilled Pepper Pork

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp coriander seeds, crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 8 peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 pork loin chops, bone-in, 1 inch thick


Directions

  • Combine coriander, garlic, peppercorns, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl;
  • Place pork shops in shallow dish and brush well with marinade;
  • Cover and marinate 30 minutes;
  • Prepare grill;
  • Remove chops, reserving marinade;
  • Grill 4 minutes on each side about 6 inches from coals, brushing with marinade.
