Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, butterflied (about 1/4 lb. each)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp thyme, crumbled
Directions
- Prepare broiler or grill;
- Brush chops with lemon juice;
- Combine remaining ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl and mix well;
- Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops;
- Broil or grill 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
