Butterflied Herb Pork Chops

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, butterflied (about 1/4 lb. each)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp thyme, crumbled


Directions

  • Prepare broiler or grill;
  • Brush chops with lemon juice;
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl and mix well;
  • Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops;
  • Broil or grill 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
